The STEM Mentoring Program is a structured, team-based experience where students work in groups of four to five alongside industry mentors. Across multiple sessions, teams research real-world challenges, develop solutions, and gain authentic insight into STEM pathways and future careers. The collaborative model builds confidence, accountability, and deeper engagement at a critical stage of subject selection and career exploration.

The SDG Schools Challenge is a dynamic, hands-on event where students work in mixed-school teams to tackle sustainability challenges aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Supported by industry mentors, students research issues, develop solutions, and pitch to a judging panel, with prizes recognising innovation and impact. The experience combines collaboration, competition, and authentic public presentation.
